Plasterer on St. Charles, MO Church
July 29, 2020A previous church customer decided to remove brick and install EIFS (Stucco)) when they were installing a new canopy overhang and as the plasterer on the project, we’re installing new weather barrier over the existing sheathing as well as new EIFS (Stucco) on the project. The new EIFS (Stucco) and weather barrier will eliminate any old leaks as well as add thermal insulation to reduce their energy bills.
Here are some pictures before and after the brick was removed and we installed the weather barrier. We’ll post the after pictures when the project is complete.
Plastering Contractor on Bank in Chesterfield, MO

Building Facelift With EIFS (Dryvit) – Millstadt, IL
July 23, 2020As a plastering contractor and stucco contractor, when we wanted to give our own building a facelift where it faces the main road, we decided to go with EIFS (Dryvit) and we are really pleased with how it turned out. Making EIFS signs like the one we installed on our building can be much less expensive then traditional signs and they look great.
The bottom half is EIFS made to look like stone blocks which can be made into any color and block sizes. Here’s a before and after picture.
EIFS (Stucco) Contractor on The Main Event – Chesterfield, MO
July 2, 2020We were selected as the Plastering EIFS contractor (Dryvit contractor) with Keystone Construction on the new Main Event building in the reinvented Taubman outlet mall now also called The District in Chesterfield, MO.
The job looks great and we were glad to be a part of it.
Edwardsville, IL – Plastering and EIFS Contractor on Exo Lounge Project
May 22, 2020We finished up a very high end project called Exo Lounge in Ewardsville, IL with Contegra Construction. We’re really proud of our carpenters, tapers and plasters with how this turned out and Very grateful be picked to work on it. Below are some pictures of the coffered drywall ceilings. Also is a picture of the EIFS (Dryvit) we’re going to install on the outdoor canopy.
We’ve been the plastering contractor on quite a few outdoor kitchens, pool houses and canopies like this and they look great.

Millstadt, IL – Stucco and EIFS Retrofit
May 12, 2020We’re upgrading the north face of our warehouse from the existing metal siding to EIFS and Stucco. (Finally)
As a plastering contractor and stucco contractor ourselves, we had hoped to upgrade this to stucco or EIFS years ago but regardless, it should make the North side of the building look much better. Here’s the before picture of what it looks like currently. After pictures to follow.
BMW Autohaus St. Louis – Hunter Douglas Specialty Ceilings, Drywall, and EIFS (Dryvit)
February 19, 2020George Weis Company is pleased to announce the completion of the BMW Autohaus renovation and addition. Our work included the steel studs, drywall, taping, EIFS (Dryvit) and specialty ceilings. The 4’x4′ ceiling in the main area is Hunter Douglas Techstyle which is pictured below. Also pictured is the Hunter Douglas 300C Linear Metal Ceiling which was installed in the Service Area.
Plaster Cornice Repair – Ladue, MO and Swansea, IL
December 13, 2019As the stucco contractor and plastering contractor for home owners, we completed two jobs recently in Ladue, MO and Swansea, IL repairing older plaster cornices that were damaged from water and they turned out great. We finished one ceiling with a sand finish swirl pattern.
Mt. Vernon IL – Health Clinic Completed with Wood Ceiling by 9 Wood
November 21, 2019We were selected as the drywall contractor and acoustical ceiling contractor on this project in Mt. Vernon, IL. It had very intricate curved drywall soffits and a waved wood ceiling (by 9 Wood https://www.9wood.com/) which turned out extremely well and our very proud of our carpenters and tapers.
EIFS (Stucco) Repair Completed in Bethalto, IL
September 30, 2019As the plastering contractor and EIFS contractor on the project, we were asked to consult on how to fix the damaged EIFS Dryvit facade on a building in Bethalto, IL. After thoroughly cleaning and re coating the finish, the building looks better then new and is water tight. Below are a few before and after pictures.
