Arnold, MO Hospital Begins – EIFS Weather Barrier
November 19, 2020This three story hospital/medical building we’re working on was shut down in March for six months due to Covid concerns but started back up this month. Our scope of work is the EIFS weather barrier behind the Nichiha Fiber Cement board and brick, cold formed steel stud framing, drywall and finishing/taping.
The EIFS plastering weather barrier on the mock-up is completed and is a great inexpensive way to provide a weather barrier behind all different cladding’s like Brick, EIFS, Stucco, Siding, etc.
Brentwood, MO Hotel EIFS begins
October 30, 2020We were selected as the plastering contractor to install Dryvit EIFS and weather barrier on the new 7 story hotel in Brentwood, MO. We’re trying to get it waterproofed before winter arrives.
Alton, IL – SIUE Dental Medicine starts
October 27, 2020We had the privilege of being selected by Poettker Construction to be the drywall and plastering contractor to install steel stud framing, drywall, insulation, taping, EIFS (Stucco) and acoustical ceilings on the new SIU School of Dental Medicine building. Like most projects right now it’s a huge push to get it enclosed before winter and we’re doing our part to help meet the goal.
Edwardsville, IL – Anderson Rehabilitation Institute begins
October 23, 2020We had the privilege of being selected by The Korte Company as their stucco contractor and drywall contractor to install the steel stud framing, drywall, insulation, taping, EIFS (Synthetic Stucco) and acoustical ceilings on a new medical building in Edwardsville, IL. We started our work and despite all the recent rain the job is progressing very quickly.
St. Louis, MO Gilmore Ave Baptist Church
October 6, 2020We were pleased to be able to repair a ceiling in this church after it had collapsed. The before and after pictures show how it went from start to finish. Instead of veneer plaster with wood lath like many church’s built in that era this was drywall with tape and mud. It was a very physically demanding and difficult project working around the pews but our carpenters, tapers, plasterers and painters did an awesome job.
Marion, IL VA Medical Center – EIFS Plastering Completed
October 2, 2020We recently completed a remodel of an old building in Marion, IL. The building is many decades old and we reinstalled and repaired EIFS (Dryvit) / Stucco on the exterior of the building as well as built all the walls and ceilings. With the exposed structure design and all new stucco it looks really neat.
We were the plastering contractor, drywall and steel stud framing contractor as well the acoustical ceiling (drop ceiling) contractor on the project.

September 4, 2020We completed this job a couple years ago but we finally took pictures of it. We were the plastering contractor on the job installing the EIFS (Stucco) as well as installed the drywall, taping and acoustical ceilings.

Stucco contractor (EIFS) on Church in Mt. Vernon, IL
August 7, 2020As the stucco contractor (EIFS/Dryvit) on a Church in Mt. Vernon, IL we’re getting close to being complete and it’s looking great.
Here’s some pictures of the stucco (EIFS). We also installed the steel stud framing, drywall, taping and acoustical drop ceilings in the interior which also is nearing completion.
