Belleville, IL – Rough and Finish Carpentry Contractor Project
May 16, 2021We were selected as the rough carpentry contractor and finish carpentry contractor on an interior office build-out project in Belleville, IL. We not only installed the steel stud framing, drywall, taping and acoustical ceilings but also installed all the cabinets, wood blocking, solid surface counter tops, doors, frames and hardware, wall protection, adjustable wire shelving, corner guards, wall protection etc. The finish product turned out great thanks to very skilled carpenters and a good design team.

St. Louis, MO Hospital Project Progress
May 15, 2021We were selected by Holland construction as the steel stud framing, drywall and taping contractor on a new three story specialty care hospital in St. Louis, MO. With an extremely fast schedule and complicated intricate exterior steel stud framing, we were able to get the building in the dry on schedule.





Arnold, MO – Armstrong Tectum Sound Panels Installed
May 15, 2021On this project in Arnold, MO we were the steel stud framing, drywall, taping and acoustical ceiling contractor. In our scope was to install Armstrong Tectum sound panels in the ceiling to help keep the noise level down in the garage where the trucks park. It was a very difficult install due to all the penetrations and high ceiling but again we were very proud of how great a job our carpenters did.


Nichiha Fiber Cement Contractor on Arnold, MO project
May 12, 2021Five Star Auto Body in Arnold, MO is constructing a new building with United Construction as the general contractor. This auto body shop is not a typical auto body shop building. The front facade is Nichiha fiber cement board siding over steel studs with sheathing and a fluid applied air barrier. It’s elegant design, high end finishes, and extremely high quality standards make this building similar to a new luxury car dealership. We were chosen by United Construction to install the Nichiha and drainage barrier on the building along with the structural steel stud framing, drywall, taping, insulation, and acoustical ceilings. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of craftsmanship from our carpenters and drywall finishers.

Tectum Ceiling Sound Panels – Maryland Heights, MO
May 7, 2021As the framing, drywall and acoustical ceiling contractor on a remodel/addition project in Maryland Heights MO, we had in our scope of work to install Armstrong Tectum sound ceiling panels to help reduce the noise level in the apparatus bay. The panels were very difficult to install due to so many obstructions and make look good but our carpenters did a fantastic job. Progress photo’s below.






St. Charles, MO EIFS Dryvit Contractor on New Retail Building
May 7, 2021Picture below of a project we were selected as the plastering contractor on in St. Charles, MO. The fiber cement Nichiha, Brick and EIFS combination with the color scheme really made this new building look good.


Granite City, IL – Dryvit EIFS Contractor on Restaurant
May 7, 2021We were selected as the plastering contractor / stucco contractor on the new Popeye’s building in Granite City, IL. Job turned out great thanks to some very skilled plasterers, pictures below.
The upper portion of the building is EIFS Dryvit with the lower being masonry.


Metal Trusses Complete Fenton, MO
May 7, 2021We were selected as the framing, drywall and acoustical ceilings contractor on a new Ambulance station in Fenton, MO. The exterior cladding didn’t have any EIFS (Dryvit) or stucco but was all brick and metal panels. Interior was taped smooth with no plastering. Thanks to our great carpenters, the metal trusses installed smoothly and always look nice and shiny before everything else is installed over them. Pictures below.
