October 28, 2021We finished this Dryvit EIFS project a few years ago in Ballwin, MO as the plastering contractor and it’s still looking great today. It was an interesting project with upgraded architectural EIFS details with very large cornices and bands around all the windows that make it stand out.
Wentzville, MO – Detailed work on EIFS Cornice’s
October 14, 2021Very impressive EIFS work at a New Retail Shell Building in Wentzville, MO. Pay close attention to the complicated geometry to field fabricate the EIFS cornice’s at the top of the column around the building. We currently only have foam installed and it’s already looking great. Next up are the base coat and finish to complete the EIFS cornice’s.
Ellisville, MO – Trespa Panels Transform Library

EIFS and Stucco Repair Completed in Fairview Heights, IL
September 9, 2021We were selected as the EIFS, Stucco and exterior paint contractor on a shopping plaza in Fairview Heights, IL. The exterior of the building was power washed and then we repaired the EIFS and Stucco. After the EIFS and Stucco were repaired the building was painted. A relatively small investment in paint, EIFS or Stucco to the exterior façade of a building can make a big difference to a building’s appearance and increase it’s value. Pacific, MO – Cement Plaster Contractor on Jail
July 8, 2021We were selected as the plastering contractor on a correction center in Pacific, MO. A new roof was required in order to upgrade the energy efficiency of the building as well as other work needed. We repaired the older style existing metal lath cement plaster where required. Cement plaster over metal lath was used quite often in older buildings.
Edwardsville, IL – Anderson Rehabilitation Hospital Completed

Belleville, IL – Rough and Finish Carpentry Contractor Project
May 16, 2021We were selected as the rough carpentry contractor and finish carpentry contractor on an interior office build-out project in Belleville, IL. We not only installed the steel stud framing, drywall, taping and acoustical ceilings but also installed all the cabinets, wood blocking, solid surface counter tops, doors, frames and hardware, wall protection, adjustable wire shelving, corner guards, wall protection etc. The finish product turned out great thanks to very skilled carpenters and a good design team.

St. Louis, MO Hospital Project Progress
May 15, 2021We were selected by Holland construction as the steel stud framing, drywall and taping contractor on a new three story specialty care hospital in St. Louis, MO. With an extremely fast schedule and complicated intricate exterior steel stud framing, we were able to get the building in the dry on schedule.
