Dellwood, MO EIFS (Dryvit) Progress

We were selected as the plastering contractor on a new senior living project in St. Louis, MO. Our plasterers are making great progress installing the weather barrier and EIFS.
Ladue, MO – Pool House
August 30, 2023Our crews just completed a Luxurious pool house. Our Carpenters framed all exterior and interior walls, followed by our interior drywall crew to finish off the well design ceilings and walls. Our plastering crew applied the EIFS on the exterior walls.
Olivette, MO – EIFS
March 13, 2023An outstanding job completed by our carpenter and plasterer crews located in Olivette, MO. Our carpenter crew installed cement board to the exterior walls and then our plasterers installed EIFS.
O’Fallon, IL – EIFS Repair
February 21, 2023Our plasterers completed an EIFS repair, followed by our painters who applied a coat of paint to beautify this residence.
Mascoutah, IL – New Addition at MidAmerica Airport
January 12, 2023Our carpenters busy at the New Addition at Mid America Airport. Our crews framed new walls and put together the new acoustic ceilings. Followed by our tapers who finished the new drywall.
Glen Carbon, IL – Painted EIFS Pool Walls
November 18, 2022This indoor pool was finished with EIFS and over time it just needed a fresh coat of paint. We used a high end pre catalyzed epoxy paint to offer the best adhesion, durability and resistance to stains and most cleaning solvents so it will last many many years to come!

St. Louis, MO Stucco Repair Contractor – Drive Through Damage

Trenton, IL Plaster Repair in Church
November 4, 2022We repaired plaster ceiling coffers on a church in Trenton, IL that were damaged when the roof leaked. It was tricky to reach and keep things clean but the plaster repair turned out well. Here’s some before and after pictures.

September 27, 2022We were selected as the exterior and interior framing, metal trusses, insulation, drywall, taping and Acoustical and Tectum ceiling contractor for this New Engine House in St. Louis, MO.
Here’s some pictures of shiny metal roof trusses we installed. They always look neat before they’re covered up and never seen again.
