We are a sixth-generation family-owned construction company with a rich history dating back to the 1860s. We specialize in interior and exterior finishes for commercial buildings in the St. Louis metro area. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator / Project Manager – Commercial Construction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Estimator:
- Prepare and send detailed estimates for projects, including reviewing blueprints, using estimating software, and requesting vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Attend scope meetings, walk throughs and communicate with general contractors and architects.
- Project Manager:
- Once awarded a project, oversee it from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budget.
- Manage project documentation, submittals, and material ordering.
- Work closely with our job foreman to ensure smooth field operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Experience in construction estimating and project management is not required; however, a strong interest in the industry and a willingness to learn are essential.

Belleville, IL – Althoff Catholic High School EIFS Columns

Our carpenters and plasterers dressed up the front columns at the entrance of Althoff Catholic High School. Our plastering crew applied the EIFS on the exterior columns.

St. Louis, MO – Normandy High School Addition
February 22, 2024
We recently finished this impressive addition at Normandy High School in St. Louis, MO. Our talented crews completed the exterior and interior framing, metal trusses, drywall, taping and EIFS work. The pictures speak volumes about our craftmanship and dedication.
St. Louis, MO – Marvin School EIFS
January 16, 2024
We were selected as the EIFS contractor on Marvin School in St. Louis, MO. After old metal panels were removed, our talented plasterers completed an exterior insulation finishing system next to each window over CMU walls to give the school an updated look and provide energy efficiency. We worked closely with the General Contractor and school officials so that we didn’t interrupt classes.
Bonne Terre, MO Residence

Our talented plastering crew completed the EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finishing Systems) to create this energy-efficient, fire-resistance, low-maintenance beautiful new construction Lake House. George Weis Company had previously finished the Boat House.
Clayton, MO Bank Progress
September 14, 2023
We were the selected EIFS contractor as well as steel stud framing, drywall, finishing and acoustical drop ceilings contractor on a very high end building remodel in Clayton, MO. We’re currently installing the interior and exterior steel stud framing. The tight jobsite and high end elegant finishes is challenging but we’re really proud of our carpenters for their quality work completed so far.
