Our plastering team has finished installing the EIFS at the window openings over at Waypoint Church in St. Charles.

Shoutout to our plastering crew. They just wrapped up a fresh EIFS addition at Northwest Valley Middle School in House Springs, MO —awesome work team!

Our team proudly contributed to the Jerseyville Public Library’s building addition, which nearly doubled the facility’s size while honoring its historic Carnegie style. On the exterior, our plastering crew expertly applied EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) to look similar the original stonework.  Trying to get EIFS – STO Limestone texture – to replicate the pattern of the existing limestone block made this project uniquely challenging.  This smooth texture, difficult even on simple walls, was applied across 6,250SF of EIFS but had 5,200 linear feet of cut on site V-grooves, creating 1,530ea rectangular blocks (typical 10” x 36”) to mimic real limestone.  1,470ea V grooves hand cut were 10” long or less. 

Inside, our skilled carpenters and tapers were hard at work framing new walls and ceilings, installing drywall, and finishing surfaces with precision taping. We also installed the acoustical ceilings on the project.  We are super grateful to be a part of this project and huge thanks to our dedicated carpenters, tapers and plasterers for their craftmanship and care!

A few months back, our plastering crew completed the EIFS installation at the new Ellisville Veterinary Hospital. A sleek, energy-efficient exterior that’s built to last.

We completed EIFS repairs and gave the trim board a fresh, flawless finish with expert painting—restoring both durability and curb appeal to this home.

We had the pleasure of completing the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) on this stunning new construction home—and the results speak for themselves! Big thanks to the crew for their hard work and to the homeowners and builder for trusting us with the vision.

We were extremely grateful to be awarded the exterior and interior steel stud framing, drywall, taping and EIFS plaster scope of work on this awesome project. We started work last year and are nearly done but it looks fantastic. We’ll post more photos when it’s completed but here’s a few, as well as a drone video early on during construction.

We recently completed a sleek and modern new construction design at Ayra Medical Spa in Shiloh, IL. Our team handled the interior and exterior framing, drywall installation and taping with precision and care. On the exterior, we applied a high-quality EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), giving the spa a clean, contemporary look.

Progress on the new Cahokia High School project we’re working on with Poettker Construction is truly impressive. Our scope of work is steel stud framing, sheathing, drywall, taping, EIFS / DAFS Plaster, acoustical ceilings and specialty ceilings. We’re really grateful to be a part of this awesome project and proud of our guys who are kicking butt out there.

We’re gearing up for a busy 10-12 months of plaster work with two very nice EIFS jobs under contract—a large car dealership in Creve Coeur, MO (starting soon) and a large hotel in O’Fallon, IL (mid-winter)—along with Many mid/small size plastering projects.  As we continually try to improve long term, we’re looking to hire an apprentice plasterer to join our team.

We’re not just hiring to fill a spot. We want someone who:
