Davita Dialysis – Nichiha and EIFS

We have recently completed the shell building for the new Davita Dialysis on Natural Bridge Road in St. Louis, MO. Our scope of work included the metal stud framing, taping, insulation, EIFS (Dryvit), and Nichiha panels. See below for pictures of the EIFS and Nichiha.
St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Begins – O’fallon, IL

George Weis Company was selected to work with the Alberici-Holland joint venture to build the new St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, IL as the interior finishes contractor. Scope of work includes interior and exterior steel stud framing, drywall, taping, radiation protection, sound and thermal insulation, misc. rough carpentry work, and Dryvit (EIFS Plastering). Touchette Hospital Plastering Contractor

George Weis Company was chosen as the EIFS plastering contractor to install EIFS (Dryvit) as well as the steel stud framing, sheathing, drywall, and insulation on a the Touchette Hospital addition/renovation in East St. Louis, IL by Holland Construction. Project is currently underway and is schedule to be complete in 2016.
Pinckneyville Hospital EIFS Continues
